1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - POTENTIAL LITIGATION.

CC On the advice of the Interim City Attorney, pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9 (d)(2), based on existing facts and circumstances, there is significant exposure to litigation against the City in six potential cases. The City Manager and the Interim City Attorney requested that this item be discussed in closed session under the Brown Act exception of Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation.
